I’m Frances James – freelance content and copywriter.

After a successful few years working as a visual and video content producer within the social media and PR space, I made the decision to take my career in a new direction: content and copywriting.

While studying for my master’s degree in Journalism, I worked as a content writer for a industry-leading higher education company – producing reports, articles and white papers on a wide range of topics including climate change, international higher education, AI and more.

Having graduated from my master’s with a distinction, my professional responsibilities increased to content management which included editing, managing other writers, content performance tracking, user experience and data analysis.

Since expanding my content and copywriting experience I have worked with a number of leading brands including Santander, Balance Active and AXA.

I now work full time as a freelance content and copywriter.
